I've been going over my recently purchased, very used B2410 and noticed the front axle bolt looks a little strange. Is this correct?

Thanks,

Calvin

Yes it's normal and right, it's an adjustment bolt for thrust adjustment.
The bolt 70 pushes on thrust plate 60 and the nut on 70 is used to lock it in place.

That is your front axle pivot adjustment.

"If front axle pivot pin adjustment is not correct, front wheel vibration can occur causing vibration in the steering wheel"

Adjusting procedure - Loosen the lock nut, tighten the adjusting screw (tightening torque 20 N-m, 2.0 kgf-m, 15 ft lbs), then loosen the screw by 1/6 turn. Re tighten the lock nut.
