I bought my B 7500 new and have used it primarily to mow grass and plow sow. It has a little over 500 hours on it. The problem: My front differential is out, the front drive shaft is not perpendicular with the front axle and is leaking gear oil. The front wheels are not acting appropriately, one flops out of line and does not pull.

I checked underneath and I saw bolting holes for 4 bolts. Mine was only assembled with 2 bolts. Is this normal and could this have caused the front axle to misalign?

There is only 4 bolts total, 2 front 2 rear, I don't know where another 2 would go.
Pictures of what you have going on might help. ;)

The front drive shaft is designed to be at an angle, and if your leaking fluid you have at least a seal that is out, but if your having other issues then there is probably more going on.
