Just a question about the altnator out put on my BX2360, last winter I discovered that the lights on my BX left something to be disired at night. So I was going through a Harbor Fraight book and saw some break light with magnitic mounts. Hey Maybe I could do something like that for lights mount the lights on the ROPS and plug them into the little power plug under the seat. I figured a couple of 35 or maybe even 55 watters would driving lights would make a big difference. Sooooooooo how much power will that little rasqule put out before it might go tits up?

to help you, remember divide watts by volts to get amp draw. batt acts like a water barrel, bigger lights or elect draw works like a larger hole in bottom. only prob is when flowing out is more than flowing in. a couple of those wont overdo it.

I think that Kytim is right. I think that a couple of lights would be fine. If you want to double check it before you mount them get a volt meter and check your battery with the engine off and no current being drawn from it so you will have a base line to go by. Crank the tractor and check it again with the RPM's at about 1500. Check it with your factory lights and then with the extra light on as well. As long as you final number is higher than what you started out with you should be fine.
