Had a really close call yesterday. Tractor rolled over on me when cutting a ditch. I'm ok, just really sore. It was late so I haven't had a chance to talk to anyone yet but when I bought my tractor, they told me the Kubota insurance would cover just about anything. They specifically said " even if you drive it into a pond, or it falls off your trailer etc." Just wondering if anyone has actually filed a claim for something like this, and if so, how did they handle it?
Thanks

Take it to the dealer, pay your deductible and be on your way.

Once you get it back on its wheels, don’t try to start it.

There is always the chance that fluids could have accumulated in the cylinders and if so bent connecting rods can result.

This may be behind you already...hope so.

Wonder if the Kubota insurance covers engine damage due to starting after a tip over?

Better yet, call the dealer and have him pick it up. Less collaterial damage that way.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate your concerns and helpfulness! It does appear that I am going to be covered, however, KTAC was closed today so I won't be able to file an official claim until Monday. After talking to my dealer, however, we decided to go ahead and remove the tractor from the ditch to avoid any further damage if it rains etc. So, at least now it is at the dealership and no longer upside down! Hopefully, being upended for 24 hours didn't do any damage to the DPF or anything else. My fear is that oil travelled backwards through the system and damaged something. Will update after they look at it and I have more info. Thanks again!

KTAC is awesome.

All you do is call them, explain what happened, tell them you are in no condition to haul the tractor and they'll send a dealer (or recovery truck) out to pick it up. They fix it, you are out $250, they deliver when done, all the while you're recovering and/or doing other things.

It is, honestly, that simple and painless.

I see a lot of folks using their homeowners and that's fine but it doesn't cover what KTAC does. If you're across the property line and roll it? You're paying for the repairs. Seen it dozens of times.

I wish Progressive was as simple and painless as KTAC. I absolutely despise Progressive insurance, from a technician's stand point-and former service manager's standpoint. Makes me mad just thinking about them. I could tell you some stories that make you shake your head, some that'd make you laugh, and quite a few that'd piss you off & never want to use them, ever. We deal with them often mostly with side-by-side UTV's, ATV's, and a lot of times motorcycles. Mainly because they're one of the very few companies left that will insure a motorcycle.

Update:
Tractor has been repaired and will be delivered today. KTAC insurance is the real deal! The entire process was as simple as one phone call and then they immediately jumped into action. They paid for the tow there and they are covering the tow back home. Total charges were over $2300 (mostly for new canopy and roll bar) All I am on the hook for is the $250 deductible. Best insurance I've ever had! Very pleased!
