7 foot Grapple arrived

Grapple arrived today,
I put it on and am amazed at what a useful tool it is. I thought it would be good for brush and limbs…

I started carrying stumps I had pushed over with the dozer, small ones then bigger ones. It handled EVERYTHING, The largest were from trees around 2 foot in diameter, stump root system was 6 foot or more. I grabbed a few trees that I had dropped and not cut up and it handled those fine. (just had trouble maneuvering a 50 foot horizontal tree between standing trees trees..)

I really love my wife’s new MX4800, I have nearly 9 hours on it now in three days. She had to fly to Brazil so I had to work her new tractor… someone has to do it. I finally had to stop as it was raining like hell and the fields were turning into mud soup, Took two hours to wash the mud off the tractor.

it is a Land Pride SGC1084,

I got it at Dan's Tractor in Battleground Wa.

This is the second tractor I bought from them and am very happy with their prices and service.

Nice attachment! It's funny how I used to do everything with my FEL loader bucket, in retrospect, that was because it was all I had on my old tractor. Having the QA on the 3301 is a game changer, and it turns out my 48" forks are my new best friend. Them and the trailer ball attachment I made for one fork.
