Looking for help to sort out how to add work lights using existing wiring. In attached photo you will see a set of wires not used. I have gone through the WSM electrical diagram and I cannot figure out how to energize them. Do I need to add a new switch or is it a fuse issue or it some other change. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My extra front work lights are powered on the same 15a circuit(as the existing front work lights) The extra switch is mounted here beside the PTO switch. Theres no fancy plug on the external wires, someone used bullet connectors
