2013 Kubota M108S tractor won't start

Tractor running fine one day, won't start next day. No power to fuel pump or suction control valve. All fuses okay. Jumped fuel pump and SCV. Fuel to injectors but still won't start. Shot it with short blast of ether and it started but died immediately.

NOT having power to fuel pump and SCV might indicate several other 'things' do NOT have power and cause the 'no start' situation. A look at the wiring diagram will show that PDQ.

sad you used ETHER.. as it usually will destroy any Kubota diesel FAST

I've used ether on many different diesel engines including many Kubota engines and haven't trashed one yet. Maybe its all in how you use it. I believe its the ECU but don't know how to confirm that. It has fuel to the injectors and I believe the ECU is not allowing them to operate correctly.

Thank you and you are correct. I spoke with a dealer yesterday and confirmed just what you have said. Is there anyone out there who repairs them? The dealer doesn't think so. A new one is very expensive.
