I need to replace the stock headlights, and my local dealer wants $156 for a pair.

Can anyone point me to a cheaper source OR a plug and play LED set that would fit without any modifications?

Thanks Sam, that's an excellent alternative, and I like the way you secured the lights with the large O-rings as well. Thanks for the link too.

I just used a could flat pieces of steel (could use aluminum) and drilled holes in them fit in the lights, then bolted in place.

Leafy England....
just a quick one chaps, early B8200 models (round headlamps) use the same lamp assembly as B5100/6100/7100 models.
if you find an old B8200 with good lamps, grab them quick.....;)

so do early B6200 & 7200, if you can find one that is.

Be aware that the 7100 alternator only puts out about 130w with the engine up to speed. I would size the lights for 90w or less so you still have juice left (round 3.3A @ 12v) to recharge the battery.
