Looking for advice on hydraulics.
What I have is an L3800 with a rear remote. Two connects, Pioneer 4050-3P, 3/8". 6.3 gpm available. Valve open spool, no detents.
What I would like to do is to run a hydraulic tool, essentially a hydraulic motor, max allowable pressure of 2000 psi, and it needs to run in only one direction - reverse pressure will probably blow it.
So one port will be the pressure port, the other the return port, controlled by the handle on the remote.
1) Need a pressure reducer from 2300 to 2000 psi.
2) One-way flow enforcer to keep from blowing tool.
Could be set up with cross-over relief valve and check valve as part of extension hoses set. Better ideas such as cross-over valve with integral check valve, or inline flow control? Your ideas welcome.
