govoner springs orentation kabota l3600

took my tractor all apart for leak fix. not sure of the govoner springs hook up. have the repair manuel but has poor black and white photo. cant remember if the 2 springs were conected to the speed control plate. or hooked together on ends like drawing in book. think the smaller spring went thru the larger spring like a old chevy carb spring. any help apreciated. thanks bill
