Hello just bought a 1995 L3600 GST. While running it I noticed a steady drip of fluid coming from my loader stick. I have attached a photo of where it's located. Anyone had this before? What type of repair am I looking at? Bad seal in there causing this or something more then that? Thanks for any help you may give.

A loader valve rebuild kit will fix it up, looks like it's leaking at the O-ring fitting under the metal plate. ;)

did my bx-backhoe last year ..
clean the area throughly before disassembly to avoid contamination
have spare split pins handy
remove split pin
unbolt plate (you may need to remove control lever to lift of plate)
replace o-rings & plastic washer
re-assemble

So I have everything put back together except for the spring and ball bearings and cap spool. How does this go back together. Should I have done the ball bearings on an earlier step?

I'm not 100% sure but try this.
First remove the 3 parts (in Blue circle), from the cover.
Use a small amount of grease on the 4 small balls to hold them in place.
Insert cover, install spring and ball and then bottom cover.
