over the past few months, of brushing and logging i have sheered a pin for my left brake.. i've been told by the dealer. that i need to split the rear case to have access to the brake linkage and the sheer pin...

has anyone gone into a l3200 rear end...
if you have, have you any suggestions. cautions or horror story to share..
as soon as i get a roof over my new shop. i need to service the hydraulic system, so that seems to be a good time to break K.T. open...
thanks...

I looked at some pics of an L3200 and it looks like the brakes might be outboard of the gear case. I would recommend a service manual if you are thinking of doing the job.

thanks,
you are right i don't have to go that deep... looks to be a days job. taking my time...
wish the online service manual had a good close up of the brake assembly.
when i get my shop roofed, i'll get started on the brake repair job and post some photos...
