Both HST or gear? No loader on either? 7100 = 16hp -- 7200 = 17hp. Both solid machines, I have a 94 7100HST FWA, cousin has a 7200 HST 4WA. Both fine machines. Lower hours AND lower price, unless it appears it has been abused, or leaking like a sieve, I would grab the 7200 and a finish mower or brush cutter. Not really worth adding a loader to either, it would cost more than the tractor. Been there, looked at that, and added ended up adding an L2501 w/ FEL and implements.

They are both great machines and with the low hours, and if they've been properly maintained, will last many years. They are similar units and both are built to last. I wouldn't be scared to grab the B7100 for that price. The later HST units also had cruise control, which is a nice feature when mowing large, relatively flat areas.
