Is the recommended pressures for the rear tires the same when they are filled with beet juice? Working on softening the ride, lots of mowing to do this summer. Can i drop air pressure a bit being the tires are filled? B3350. Turf Tires

Thanks

I have turf tires, filled, im just not sure if you still use the reccomended psi as an empty tire vs filled , the ride is ok, but when you bounce around for 8 hrs mowing, any help is a big help. maybe i should change the post label. hmm

If you look on the side of the tire the pressure given is the maximum PSI. So yes you can lower the pressure but just a little air out will change the PSI quickly because there is little air in the tire to begin with since most of it is beet juice.

With or without beet juice your tire pressure should be about the same. There will be a low end to the range of recommended pressures and you can run there but don't go below the minimum recommended pressure. You should have more pressure in your tires if hauling a load. A tire filled with air only has a much larger compressible volume than one filled with liquid. It is possible too much beet juice was put into your tires making the compressible volume uncomfortably low.

On my B2650 with turfs, recommended rear pressure is 14lbs. I run 10lbs in mine for the last 4yrs and made a big difference.

I have a BX1860 with tires that are one size larger (for BX2360). I run them loaded with windshield washer fluid filled to 70%. I fill the rear tires to 3 lbs psi. I keep the front tires at 22 psi and loaded with 70% windshield washer fluid.

When I had the stock tires on I also ran with 70% windshield washer fluid but I had 10 psi in the back and 22 psi front.
