I've got a Kubota F2560 with a 72 inch deck. It has started this issue of pushing all the hydraulic fluid out of the fill port at the top of the reservoir when I start it up and it virtually empties itself. Anybody got an idea??

Have you checked to see if the vent for the reservoir is open?

If it's stopped up it causes pressure to build as the fluid is returning into the reservoir. It's going to relieve it's one way or the other and it can cause what you describe.

I second the plugged vent.

IF that's not it, your pump has something wrong with it, bad valve or seals.

Can you direct me to how to check the vent? As far as other items, is there a valve or pressure check vale that prevents pressure from the pump from returning into the reservoir?
