Had a flat tire on my trailer. Took in in to the shop to get fixed. When I came back they said, "No holes in the tube, look at this".

My first thought when I read your post was "valve stem leak", but WTF?
Well, that's a first for me- never heard of such a thing!

Had a new tube installed, but showed it to my neighbor and he said the epoxy they use on windshields would seal it fine. I'll give it a try, just for grins.

I had that happen on a valve stem on a BMW motorcycle once . . . right as I pulled into a small town after being out alone in the middle of nowhere by myself.

Got the tire off, took it to a tire shop and they vulcanized it to fix it.

Urethane used to bond windshields into cars is probably the same price as a tube. Visit local body shop/glass shop for a drop. May want a dab of primer for the metal part on stem (buff it first)
Give a day to cure and you should be good.

I'll have to add that to the list of firsts that I've seen :D I've had stems rip, slice, and crushed. But thats the first time I've seen one seperate like that

That's a first for me too.

Super glue and stick it back in there, wrap a piece of tie wire around it, give it a couple of twists and there you go.:D;)
