It looks/acts strong, but just can't throw enough amps to roll it. Have it load tested at an auto supply to verify. Other times it's a bad ground or other connection. Make sure all connections are bright and tight. I would start there to rule those out before further troubleshooting. Good luck!

That's what usually gets overlooked.
