Putting my B2100 back together after I rebuilt the engine. I had this collar with the front end after I split it, but for the life of me I can’t remember where it goes. The tractor has been apart for a year as I’ve been working on it when time and money allowed. I can’t find it on a parts diagram anywhere, after trying a few different ways with the front carrier bearing, putting the driveshaft in it doesn’t seem to fit anywhere, and at this point I’m not sure if I made a mistake putting it with the front end when I split the tractor. Thanks for any help.

Hydro or geared?
Bispeed or not?
I'm pretty sure that doesn't go in or on the front axle or drive.

I'm with rbargeron, that looks like a PTO shaft cover bearing.

That makes sense thank you. It might be to the deck then. I’ll have to look. That does sound familiar it’s been awhile since I’ve used it.
