Well folks I got really Blessed. I found a few ball nut assembly's in someones stash that fit my B7100. since my shaft was probably beyond welding and re-machining, I did a little trading. All in all the trade went well, it only took a stack of those green things we call dollars!!!

My problem now is trying to remove the old worn out races for the old shaft. I don't know if all B 7100's are this way but, the upper tube is welded to the top cap of the case. i can't think of a way to remove the race from the wheel end. Is there a specific bushing puller that would do the job? I work at it for 2 hours and got exactly "nada" for the trouble.

if I can get these out, should be smooth sailing! "Ha ha famous last words, right"

thanks, Kytim
