Does anyone have a circuit diagram of what's in the combination box? Does a diagram even exist or is it proprietary Kubota information?

Each model of combination box is different inside.
I've seen a couple schematics of the insides, if you get the WSM for your tractor it might have it in there.
Essentially they are a make up of relays, diodes, and timers; that controls the Glow plugs, Starter, Stop solenoid, and other components on the tractor.
