Hello, I have a L3200 and a piece of my fuel nozzle broke off and fell into my fuel tank. Can anyone help advise me on what parts have to be removed in order to remove fuel tank. Thanks

Open bonnet; Disconnect the battery negative; disconnect head lights and wiring; remove snap pin on damper; remove the screws on the back hinge.

Bonnet off.

Disconnect return fuel pipe on tank; remove 2 screws holding tank.

If it were me, I would drain the tank and try to fish out the broken-off piece with a flexible grabber first, then pull the tank to up-end it if that didn't work. Assuming the piece is not floating.

Good luck with it.

I have the part removed now. The grabber tool did not work due too the tank being an L shape and the fuel sender float being all types of in the way. Their was way more than 2 bolts holding the tank in place.

The steering wheel, dash, throttle linkage rod, instrument cluster mount, and the fuel tank support bolts all have the be removed before the fuel tank can be lifted out.
