kubota 2250 won't start

The tractor still running fine, but I have a problem with the clutch... will take one or two minutes before the clutch will engage... adjusted the pedal but the problem still happens...needs to run one or two minutes before the transmission will work (will not engage in any gear or make grinding noise if its does) after that will work fine. Any idea? Thanks, Daniel
