Hello guys

I'm designing a trailler for my B7100 but i don't find how much is the maximum hydraulic pressure avaible on the hydrolic port at the left of the 3point .

I need that to calculate my cylinder
i already know there are only 10.2 L of hydraulique oil so i need to calculate the size and the stroke of my cylinder to be sure it's always some oil in the tractor.

Thank you

1570 PSI to 1710 PSI is the settings, keep you're equipment, 2500 PSI or more to be safe. ;)

If you need a large cylinder, use a double action. That way, you will be putting oil back in at the same time.

Thank you both

i'll calculate my cylinder with 1550 psi to be sure .

about the doube acting cylinder, you right, Boz1989, but my tractor have only a simple acting valve.

thank again, i'll finish my drawing and post some picture.

There is youtube video that shows a long cylinder at the front of the dump bed. It sticks straight up and is relatively long but that design is tested against a scissor lift and the under the bed cylinder lift with two cylinders. The single lift was able to lift a great deal more weight then the other two styles.
