to remove my 2750 snowblower from my BX25 i have
1: removed shoot swivel arm
2: removed drive shaft
3: disconnected short drive shaft from blower to power transfer
4: removed lock pin on top of black triangular connection plate

but when i move the lever towards the BX to disconnect the snowblower on the connection plate it only goes 1/2 and doesn't want to move any more, applied a little leverage to lock arm no luck and i didn't want to force it.

i have snowblower on garage floor, with hydraulic pressure released.

what am i doing wrong? how do i get i to release?

thx in advance

Did you try putting a few 2x4's under the blower and supporting the rear of the blower so it's not binding? It may just be at a bad angle that's binding it.

Have you checked for debris that may have gotten in behind the lock? Dirt or gravel.

Did you remove the lock pin in the disconnect and flip the lever to release the lock plate?

Did you release the lock by throwing the lever on the front hitch such that the triangular lock is down?

Whoops - Skeets - you beat me to it....

OK FIGURED IT OUT. thanks for suggestions. for future reference, the lock pin was missing on the 'far end' of the release lever and so the lock shaft had retreated out of alignment, aligned it, replaced the missing lock pin, unlocks easily.
