Sorry it has been awhile, but it looks like @mikester was absolutely correct that the arms were twisted. Unfortunately not the best case scenario, but as he said no one was hurt and things can be fixed.

Thanks for all of your help trying to troubleshoot this. Guess we will be calling the repair man. I will post back what it ends up being when we get it fixed

Well I have looked at all of that cross piece and nothing seems twisted, no chipped paint or broken welds. Everywhere I put a level comes out fine.

@North Idaho Wolfman I was able to get these pictures. I raised the arms all the way up and measured the rams on the back, they are the same on both sides. I then wen to the front and fully extended those rams, same measurement on both sides. I do not see any indication of a bend (chipped...
