    B1640 Loader Valve replacement

Well, I know it's been a while, but I wanted to add that the loader valve works like a charm. I'm very happy with the craftsmanship and ease of use. Everything works as it is supposed to, and for the money I couldn't be happier. Would definately recommend one.

B7200 HST- gasket dry or w/ gasket tack

Little help from Kubota techs. Where the HST Transmission splits w/ the rearend, does the big gasket go on dry or would you recommend putting some sort of gasket tack?

    B7200 w/1630 loader Hydraulic Question

From what I can tell you, the relief valve is on the right side of the tractor, by the hydraulic pump. I know you have to take off the right side motor panel to get to it. I didn't get an actual look at it, but I guess that it is a cylindrical rod that when you take it apart there is a relief...

B7200 HST- gasket dry or w/ gasket tack

I'm looking to replace my HST transmission on my Kubota B7200 HST. Does the HST gasket go on dry or should I put some sort of gasket tack on the mating surfaces? Thanks in advance for the replies

    B7200 w/1630 loader Hydraulic Question

I have a B7200 w/ the 1640 loader. Mine also did not seem to have any oomph. While mine was being serviced at the dealer, they put a gauge on it, and it was only running at apprx. 900lbs. They said that it should have been around 1750lbs. They shimmed the hydraulic block relief valve on the...

    B1640 Loader Valve replacement

Well, I did order the valve from the one in my earlier post. Two(2) month "build time" before I see it. I'll post back up once I get it, and its hooked up.

    B7200HSTD transmission shot-replaceable by novice?

T.T.T. Looking for advice on if I need to pull the clutch end or can that stay attached and just disconnect the drive shaft/prop shaft and go out the back of the tractor?

    B7200HSTD transmission shot-replaceable by novice?

MY B7200 is now experiencing issues moving. Loader hydraulics are fine, will pick the front of the tractor up at idle with the B1640 loader. Can't get up the smallest inclines in high, especially after it is warmed up. I took it to my local dealer and pressure tested the transmission. The...

    B1640 Loader Valve replacement

I took the snapped relief valve off of the loader valve block and brought it to a friend who compressed the two halves together in a vise and mig welded it together. Works like it did before it broke. So I guess that is one problem rectified. BTW, it does not say HUSCO anywhere on the loader...

    B1640 Loader Valve replacement

I will have to look at the tag more carefully. I just assumed that the controllers were all the same for those units(loaders). There is a tag on it, and when I get home I will look for the numbers. I was possible looking at this one: http://www.brand-hyd.com/lv/lv-info.htm if it will...

    B1640 Loader Valve replacement

I have a B7200HST-D w/ a B1640 loader. The relief valve cartridge broke today. Someone previously replaced a worn pin w/ a nut/bolt combo, that just contacted the relief valve cartridge on the valve block, and it snapped/broke. Replacement cost is over $300 for just that part. Since most of...
