    L3240HST Loader Control sticks

What exactly do you mean by sticking? Does the handle move into every position? Does it return ok from every position? Any unusual noises? The more descriptive you are the better we may be able to help.

    BX2200 steering issue

Are the hoses installed the same way you took the others off? Be sure there are not any obstructions on the lines such as dirt, stone, plastic cap, etc.

    L3240 50 Hour Service

We were told to NEVER use anything but Super UDT in a GST transmission. I believe it may cause some problems with the automatic engagement/ disengagement of the GST clutch.

Sounds to me like IPZ2222 has the right idea.

looking for a BX22 electric schmatic

The little wire at the starter should plug right into the terminal on the starter. It should have power when trying to crank the starter.

    Hydraulic Problem

Are you talking about the front loader or rear 3 point hitch, or something else? Does the steering, hitch or loader work at all? Does the tractor drive okay? Any unusual noises?

    Starting problems

If it makes a grinding noise, it could be either the starter drive or the flywheel. If the teeth are damaged on the flywheel it will grind, but it usually doesnt go away when you try it again. The starter drive has a type of clutch built in it that if it engages, it may slip after several...

    L3240 oil pan replacement

My only near experience would be an L39 which is similar to this model. I had to drop the front axle part way to get all of the bolts out. I just loosened the axle support bolts enough to get some room to loosen the oil pan bolts with a swivel socket.

    RTV 900 Clattering... Valve Adjustment?

The new kit is way better. Make sure you have your serial number when you get it, there are 2 different kits, one shaft is just a couple millimeters different in length. Havent heard anyone complain about the new kit yet. Starting in 2009 they all come with the shaft already updated. Also...

    BX2200 steering issue

Turn the wheel all the way against the stop and hold it there for a couple seconds, until you can hear the hyd. pump strain. Then goto the other side and do the same thing.

You can also use an air nozzle with a small tip and blow air up inside the grip to help loosen or remove it.

    B7510 HST PTO problem

Be sure the roll pin is not cracked, I have seen before that even though it is installed, they do sometimes crack and look ok. Drive the pin out to see if it is in one piece. Otherwise I would think you are looking at splitting the tractor and looking for what part is broken.

    Mixing UDT fluids

You can add Super UDT to UDT but not the other way around. If the tractor uses only Super, dont mix them. If your manual says you can use either, mixing would be ok.

    Shuttle issue

First, there was an issue with the shuttle shift cables, usually coming from cold weather. They have a revised cable and revised routing procedure. Just the other day someone called in asking about buying parts for a shuttle control valve, and we had to tell him you can only get the whole...

    fuel tank leak

There is a revised fuel sender kit you can install that uses a different style fastener to retain the sender in the tank. After I installed a couple of these kits I havent seen any of them leak again.

    Where to run 7610w/HST

HST transmissions are sort of like automatics in a car, but not really. There is a pump and a motor, so whatever fluid is expelled from the pump, the equal amount is pushed through the motor. When you are at neutral on the pedal, there is not any fluid being pumped to the motor, and as soon as...

    hydraulic hoses don't click

I've seen this, after you take the loader off, leave the hoses connected and shut off the tractor. Move the control stick around to clear the hydraulic hoses and relieve pressure, then disconnect the hoses.

    ignition switch b20

I actually worked on one of these today that does the same thing. I assumed that was just how it operated, some of the tractors only have a manual stop. I'll have to check it out when it is back together.
