L4400 3 point lift bounces with mow deck

J dio not know but the WSM should have detailed instructions. Does the 3pt leak down if you raise an implement and shut the tractor off? Dan

L4400 3 point lift bounces with mow deck

Check the adjustment on the position control feedback linkage. If thats correct and its still "bouncing" I would suspect bad seals on the 3pt lift cylinder. Dan

    Diagnosing L245 not cranking

Neither do solenoids. I suspect you hsve a combination of bad battery, questionable connections, and no decompression which over time has finally reached the breaking point.

    Diagnosing L245 not cranking

You can measure 12.85 volts througb a bad ground but under load it wont conduct enough amps to even tickle that solenoid. Dan

    L2900/L481 Problem

First thing I would check is the joystick linkage. Sounds like it may have come apart with the boom locked in float. Kubota joysticks seem to be prone to that sort of failure. Dan

    Woods BH75 Pressure hold issue

Asking questions is how we learn and those are good questions. The base end is the end opposite the rod end You are testing on the cylinder that has been raised and supported. If the cylinder is leaking internally the retract pressure will leak past the seals to the base end and equalize on...

    Woods BH75 Pressure hold issue

It would be even odder that three different valves went bad. Quit possibly its some of both Start with the outrigger cylinders which are easy to access. Raise one stabilizer and chain it up. Remove the base end hose and plug/cap the port on the cylinder. Start tractor, move valve to raise...

    Woods BH75 Pressure hold issue

Thats three seoarate circuits and there are basically two routes for that leakdown to occur: 1) Via the seals in the cylinders 2) Via the spools in the control valve. Easy to diagnose which way its going. Fixing it maybe not so easy. Dan
