    I have removed the feedback rod and tried moving it when the lever is in full open position. Made no difference on the load on tractor.

    The knob that controls the up/down speed of the hitch has no effect on moving the arms down

    I did manipulate that handle in every direction...no effect on 3pt.

    The arms will fall down after the engine is off for some time. When the engine starts the arms come full up. The lever on the control valve has no effect. Lots of force will not move the arms down. FEL works fine...maybe a little slow. I noticed that the return from the FEL valve is plumbed...

    I just went through trying to find the same replacement oil filter. Fram has two filters listed. The PH7328 did not fit. The PH3593A worked.
