Correct air pressure for front tires?

You are probably just going to get guesses, not true answers. I would call your local dealer, or a tire shop that sells tractor tires. Also, if the tires are so bad that you had to tube them, and you are using a loader, then you will be better off getting new tires for it.

    B7100 & Woods finish mower?

My 7100 has a Woods RM59 on it, and it handles it fine. I did add front weights, but that was for the tiller- it mowed fine without them, and I have hills. Of course, you would be even more stable with some weight on the front. The tractor will power and pick the mower up fine.

    Help with tiller

Before you go cutting the PTO shaft, you need to make sure that it is in fact too long. Before hooking up the arms and the top link, (with the tractor close to hook-up position), attach the PTO shaft. It slides in and out- pull it out enough to hook up to the tractor PTO shaft. Then, pull the...

    Damage to my Zen noh

When did you last service it, with a new hydraulic filter, and clean the screen? You may have picked up debris with the fluid level so low, and have blockages now. Either way, it sounds like it is due a service.

    wanted - turf tires

Did you look in the tires and wheels section? There is a sticky about them for sale. They are hard to come by, much less with some agressive tread on them. I replaced mine with some 21x8-10's, and have them aired down- they work well, and have much better traction than the originals did.

home made adapter for spin on oil filter

LRP, you are just probably just misunderstood, not mean. It just sounded like that. Perhaps you do get stupid questions, but this wasn't one of them, and what one person does doesn't justify treating everyone else like that. Don't leave the forum- just lick your wounds, have some patience with...

    B7100 Tie Down ?

How far do you have to transport it? And, what kind of tiedowns are in the enclosed trailer? That info will help a lot in giving you sound advice. I agree, the 7100 is not a real heavy load, but in the event of an accident, that weight is going to be multiplied many times- fabric ratchet...

home made adapter for spin on oil filter

I think this is a legitimate question- it isn't always easy to determine just from a photo how someone went about accomplishing something. Either be nicer, or don't share your innovation- what's the point in sharing if you aren't informative about how you did it? There is a lot of good info...

    Kubota B7100 Sweeper

You could find one hydraulically driven, and run it off of the tractor hydraulics.

That should be easy! Most guys want to go from turfs to ags- you should have no problem finding someone willing to do a swap.

    AG Tires on 4X4

All good questions. I don't have many answers for you, but I will say that your frustration is shared by other 7100 owners, and the answers are much more elusive than one would expect. In searching for ags for mine, the local dealer could'nt give me a straight answer, either. The only answer was...

N00B needs help with failure to start. Fuel system problem?

Yep- you didn't say whether it was actually turning over or not. If it is just clicking, and not rotating, then you could have a bad battery, bad starter, or most likely, bad connections. Check those first, if it isn't turning over. I assume it isn't- if it is getting the correct current to the...

    Water fording

Certainly not up to the intake or exhaust. Don't know about China, but the paddy fields in Haiti are less than a foot deep. http://s65.photobucket.com/albums/h205/br549_red/?action=view&current=Haitimedical11103.jpg

    Water fording

I second what Eric said. How deep are you planning on fording, and why? Like any vehicle, you have to be concerned about the air intake, the exhaust, and the fan. But, you also have to consider axle and wheel seals, pto seals, driveshaft seals for 4WD, etc. I don't think that in the grand scheme...

To fuel or not to fuel

I agree with Eric. Don't put your warranty in jeopardy. I believe that older diesels will run on heating oil. Like my old 12 valve cummins. But, I would be more careful with the newer, high pressure fuel delivery diesels. I would filter it, and run it in something older. If you don't have one...
