    My pond levee had gotten out of control with volunteer Bald Cypress sprouts/saplings. That is until the Kubota KXO 40 mini-excavator started pulling them up. That thumb is awesome. Big difference. That tree line/power line is about 30 yards beyond the foot of the levee. Almost finished...

    I believe that they are common fare at most of the outlets. Probably all came off of the same "Sisco" truck. This was from Smith's Meat Market on Hwy 550 when we were headed toward Jefferson Co.

    We made a sorta unscheduled run to the Cabin to try to catch up on odd jobs with not much thought about eating. We stopped by the meat market and got what was available: The NY strip was nice as usual, but the "first time ever" store bought stuffed tater was not too sporty.
