Purchasing a Grapple, looking for opinions with any issues on hose connections.

This is way I asked the question, I wanted to see how the hoses lay with the different set ups, these are very good images showing the routing, I like the idea of the covers as others have mentioned as well.

Thank you for taking the time to reply with the links, actually, you answered a couple of questions I have. I have the ROPS and with two sets of rear remotes, for some reason, Kubota chooses to use 1/4 connectors. I was wondering if 1/2 connectors were more than what I needed, 3/8 will work fine.

Purchasing a Grapple, looking for opinions with any issues on hose connections.

That is exactly why I asked, I don't know for sure that they do offer a 90 elbow, they do mention that they make the hoses on site. I'd thought that I'd ask the hundreds or thousands of users first to get actual user experience before I speak to EA, thanks for the reply.

Purchasing a Grapple, looking for opinions with any issues on hose connections.

Everything Attachments is running a sale on their Wicked Grapple and I'm going to get one, It's going on a Kubota lX2610 with factory installed 3rd function. I've seen that there's two angles of hose attachment points, my connections run parallel to the loader arms cross member in lieu of the...

    Who Owns the Fence

Thanks everyone, there are so many intelligent/wise people on this forum from all over the country, that have provided a lot of great information/suggests and I appreciate it! This is is 500k house and decisions shouldn't be made lightly. My decision to reject the fence really lies with the...

    Who Owns the Fence

Good point, I think the best thing I can do is start with city hall, pull all of the permits and maybe see if I can get a copy of the land survey.

    Who Owns the Fence

I considered your point as well. When I had the fence ( nearly 200 feet in total) repaired and he didn't contribute to the repair one portion of the fence we agreed on, I just said forget it and moved on, wasn't worth the headache. I changed my mind for a couple of reasons, nearly my entire...

    Who Owns the Fence

This is a residential area with homes close to each other, no easement. The current fence is in good condition, he just wants to replace the fence with something he prefers. I agree, it is important to find out who actually owns the fence and that was really the objective of writing a letter to...

    Who Owns the Fence

He doesn't want to install a new fence near the existing one, he wants to completely remove the existing fence and build a new one on the same fence line.

    Who Owns the Fence

The fence is just around the perimeter of his yard, the pool doesn't have a separate fence.

    Who Owns the Fence

Good point, I don't know exactly if the fence is on mine/his side, it appears to be right down the middle of our two gates. He wants to remove a perfectly good fence and replace it with one he prefers. The letter I wrote to him was polite, I mentioned that I wasn't trying to cause problems...

    Who Owns the Fence

I believe in taking a man at his word until he proves I shouldn't and in this case, his reaction and attitude proved he is not a man of his word. The way he spoke to me is that a person that thinks they're the smartest person in the room, wants everything his way and then gets angry when he...

    Who Owns the Fence

I believe the fence is in the correct position, really can't be moved in any one direction. I did remind him of his lack of payment, both in the letter I wrote to him and in person, he just got angry , threw the letter on the porch and stormed off the porch.

    Who Owns the Fence

There's nothing wrong with the fence, it's good to go for another 20 + yrs. He put up a new pool this year, the fence on the opposite side of his yard was in need of repair, it was being propped up to keep it from falling down.

    Who Owns the Fence

I share a 6 ft wood privacy fence with a neighbor that was built before both families moved into the neighborhood. Few yrs back, a storm damaged the fence, not knowing who owned the fence, I went to the city hall and had them pull all of the building permits. There was a permit pulled for all...

    Strip Malls

Thanks for the reply, seems to be a waste prime property. Tax incentives must out weigh having tenets pay rent on both the old spaces as wells as the new ones, why not do both.
