What videos do you want to see from us?

Valve adjustment would be good to see. Also some basics like how the fuel injection works, how the hydraulic system works, the PTO system and perhaps some tips on tractor safety as well. Vic, I understand your frustration at being the one in front of the camera, but when you are a star...

    What kind of engine oil??

I have. You can prevent the rings from seating if you use the wrong type of break in oil causing excessive blowby for the life of the engine, the other internal parts of the engine need to wear in to a certain extent as well.

    Getting no fuel.....?

Jim, Yes, you loosen the nuts at the fuel injectors (don't remove them) and crank until you get fuel at the injector, then tighten the nuts back. Should run well again.

    Getting no fuel.....?

I think phildac is on the right track. Next time it quits open the fuel cap and see if you hear the inrush of air. Or.... after 30 minutes shut down and open the cap. You may also want to check out the article from Service Dept Vic regarding bleeding the injectors. May help your starting...

bought "new" old kubota, oil light problem

You can put a gauge on the engine and see what the true oil pressure is. If OK, then trouble shoot the wiring. It is certainly possible for the wiring to have issues and provide incorrect information. Mark

    Where to run 7610w/HST

Thanks for all the replies. I agree that if I am running something off the PTO then the engine is run at the necessary speed. Is there any negative to running the engine at reduced speeds when you are not using anything driven by the PTO? Seems that would reduce fuel burn a little if nothing...

    Where to run 7610w/HST

I have perhaps a dumb question on the best power settings to run my B7610 and also want to get an understanding of how a HST works. First the HST. Kind of like an automatic transmission, but not quite. The more you push the pedal the faster the wheels go. When the pedal is fully pressed is...

    Kubota L2250 no oil pressure

I don't know the arrangement of the oil pump, but is it turning when the engine turns? Is there a shaft that may have sheared on the oil pump drive? Just a thought. Mark

    What kind of engine oil??

I have always gone by the standard to change oil at least twice a year. Four times/year for more expensive engines. Oil is cheap, engines are expensive. For about $20 in oil/change you provide additional protection for your engine. As a minimum I would change the oil in the fall and again in...

Where should the temp guage read?

First post I just bought a used B7610 and was wondering where the temperature gauge should be reading. Currently it is just at the top of the "C" at the bottom of the gauge. Knowing that diesels like a little heat to run better this sounds a little cool to me. Should I replace the thermostat...
