    Thanks Guys, I called the locall Kubota dealer and they call it a drain tube . I guess it is for complete draining of the block after draining the rad ???

    Sorry guys it is a B6200 HST-D There are two pipes on bottom rad tank one is lower rad hose the other is smaller pipe UNDER the rad hose and leads up under fuel pump into engine block.

    Starts on the block below the fuel pump and goes to radiator under lower rad hose .
