    L2201DT Stater?

Rather than worrying about it take the parts to a local starter - alternator repair shop. They can repair as needed or probably order the proper parts for far less than the equivalent Kubota price.

    L3800 rear tire pressure.

Fifteen pounds is about the normal rear tire pressure for most tractors. I believe most people fill their tires with beet juice or some derivative to be environmentally responsible and keep their tires from freezing. I think some use automotive windshield washer solution. Ask a couple of...

    BX1880 dead

Check your battery voltage while connected to the tractor. Sometimes you can put a surface charge on which looks good until you load it. Batteries don't always die over time. Sometimes it's sudden, especially when cold.

Using vacuum to not lose hydrostatic fluid?

Some of us have extra irrigation fittings around. The thread on my L2501 is one inch NPT. Since leaking isn't an issue I didn't bother gluing things together, the vacuum holds things. If worried one may use duct tape.

oil shot out somewhere towards front of engine?

By all means do all of the above then clean the mess off the engine. Have the grandson start the tractor while you see exactly oil shoots out of the engine. It could even be unrelated to the oil change.

    New Glow Indicators-OEM vs Amazon

You can't accurately measure the resistance as it changes when the wire heats. If you still have the original check the terminal ends. They frequently oxidize to the point they won't pass current. They can be cleaned and put back into service.

    MX4800

Further detail would be good but before going too far into it check your air filter, fuel filter, and make sure you have good fuel flow into the filter.

    New Member with question

Regarding composting, be aware that as the material breaks down the resulting dirt will be at the bottom of the pile. You'll need to push the newer material aside to access it. You do need to keep it watered and turned regularly to help speed the composting action.

L2501 3 point hitch wont lift

I don't have a backhoe but wonder if there's some kind of diverter or valve to apply flow to the backhoe while diverting it from the three point? The dealer who set it up may be able to respond to your problem with a phone call instead of a trip into town. Hydraulic systems on tractors don't...

    BX2200 - convert flashers to full-time power

I don't know the BX at all. My L3501 has a work light connector concealed under the left fender. It works with the power switch and is good for ten amps. If you're adding separate lights that should work. If you want to use the existing lights you're probably looking into rewiring at the...

seems that brake is on when cold and starting out

If the brake is actually not applied you're probably seeing low power due to the cold engine and cold hydraulic fluid. Start it up then head back into the house for another cup of coffee. Your tractor will love you for it. If you can't do that run it in low range for awhile.

    l2350 Hydraulics not working

I'm not familiar with your tractor but some have a screen in the hydraulic system which can become clogged. It's also possible your hydraulic filter has collapsed or clogged. Of course low fluid level could be an issue, too. The pump is probably the meshing gear type and they rarely fail.
