    L2900 FEL Options

I'll second Bucktail's recommendation. I had their 120 loader on my Mitsubishi 2350D. It was a well built unit. The Koyker site can probably direct you to a vendor.

    Which oil for Kubota B1402?

The current Kubota recommended transmission fluid is super UDT2 or SUDT2.

    5G switch

I don't have AT&T - too many dropped calls out here. I used Sprint for several years but since they changed to T-Mobile my service went in the toilet. In my world Verizon is the only viable service. I don't like their prices but other companies use their service for a lot less money. I'm...

Anyone use JD Hy Gard in their HST?

I've read that the HST is sensitive to the fluid used. I use only SUDT2 for that reason. Kubota lists no substitutes. They permit alternate engine oils and coolants but have no alternate for hydraulics. I can't afford to risk repair bills.

New L2501 on the way, any advice as far as what to be on the lookout for?

Check the torque on your wheels and loader. It's done at fifty hours but sooner is better. I installed the inner air filter in mine - don't know that I needed it but I figured it was cheap insurance. You could also look into getting the right hand grab handle. The book didn't show one but...

    Forum Names and Avatars?

I was active in A.B.A.T.E. for a period of time. (A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments) My wife produced the chapter newsletter, the name of which was Roadworthy. I opted to use it as a screen name since it seems "nobody" uses real names. The avatar is my 1972 Triumph Bonneville...

    BX-25 Lynch pin mystery

It may be one of the retaining pins for your loader stand.

    crank no start b3300su

I'd start by breaking the fuel line as close to the tank as possible. Sometimes crud (algae, etc.) will build up there and not allow adequate fuel to flow. If you establish a good flow from the tank make sure you have good flow after the filter. A defective filter or an improper installation...

    OK smart guys

Do you have a filter on the system? I have had a filter collapse or otherwise restrict flow. Pressure may be up but little flow.

    LA525 Loader now LA526?

According to my dealer loaders are not shipped with tractors. They are a dealer installed option. If the LA526 will fit an L2501 you can probably specify which loader at time of purchase depending on availability.

    L4400 Maintenance

Get a diesel rated motor oil. The weight depends on your location. I use 15W-40 all year in southeastern Washington state. Have about eight quarts on hand and pick up a filter. Kubota SUDT2 is highly recommended if you have an HST transmission. The quantity will depend upon your...

    Overheating

Maximum temperature is probably around 230 F for that tractor. 215 is really not into the worry range. It may run a bit cooler once broken in. Your radiator may have dirt and grass in the fins. Blow air or run water from the garden hose from the engine side toward the front of the radiator...

    lubricants

The transmission and the hydraulic system share the same oil bath. The manual would recommend UDT due to the vintage of the tractor. That may no longer be readily available. The current version is SUDT2. It is strongly recommended for tractors with the HST transmission. If you have a manual...

    Kubota Cell Phone Holder

You can probably find a cheap dash mount cell phone holder on eBay, depending on how you want to mount it. I purchased one for my wife awhile back and she likes it a lot. As another thought, instead of dedicating a cell phone to the task you could consider mounting a GPS. Many come with...

    M9000 clutch problem

It is possible your clutch is out of adjustment but it's also possible it got wet from its "bath". Depress the clutch pedal and find a way to hold it down when not using the tractor. This will prevent the parts from freezing together. It may be fine after it dries out.

    L3710 glow plug

Put a voltmeter on the glow plugs. See if they stay on or only the indicator stays on. The next step is to find out what controls power to the glow plugs. There is likely some kind of controller. Try to locate a schematic.

    Non starting m9000

Be sure what terminals are supposed to be energized and when. The fuel shutoff solenoid may only get power for a few seconds when you turn off the key. That stops the flow of fuel to kill the engine. If you have access to a schematic diagram it may help.

My neighbor had problems with his Kubota clutch slipping. Adjustment solved the problem.
