    Trailer for BX2370

I highly recommend getting a set of stabilizers for towing your trailer also. the hitch has two bars that attach to the trailer frame, and it makes towing anything much easier on you and your gear. It will give you your FULL tow capacity of your trailer. if you read your DMV laws, any trailer is...

    Trailer for BX2370

Just thought of one more thing, make sure you get either some GOOD chains and binders, or a quality set of 10K ratcheting straps. I always use 4, criss cross them, and use axle straps too.

    Let it snow!

I'm starting to get ready. Got the FEL off and the snow blade installed. I didn't know the hydraulics would turn the blade right and left. I thought it was just a one way blade, like the old Caterpillar I learned to drive on. If I end up with a huge berm, Ill have to use the 30" walk behind...

    Block Heater ?

the freeze plug style for my BX was $80.00. money well spent. it only took 10 minutes to install, and most of that was looking twice, and doing it once. how much does a tractor cost? what's piece of mind knowing your helping the life of the tractor worth?

    Trailer for BX2370

If you spend a little bit extra now and get about a 16' dual axle trailer with at least one axle braking, you will have a MUCH nicer and more capable set up. If you loose a tire on a single axle, and wreck it, was it worth saving $500 on a cheaper trailer? if you ever need to tow a car home, or...

    Let it snow!

we just moved down from the Kenai, in Alaska this fall, and the running joke was you can tell how far North you came from by the amount of teeth ( or lack of) you have left. seems like the further south you go, the fewer teeth you have also??

    Shelter for bx25d

For what you will spend on a crappy or even a good portable shelter, why not look into building a solid roofed shelter? Even just a roof, and add sides at a later date. it will last forever, and if its a small structure you do not need a permit. You could even build it on skids so you can move...

    Let it snow!

Wolfman, you should be all melted now too. It was down right warm and sunny yesterday. I got into my gravel pile and filled in the rest of the low spots. good thing I had the FEL on still. Now I can get the snow blade set up on and not feel guilty about the driveway.

    Chevy or Dodge???

I buy a new truck about every 8-10 years. The improvements are astronomical from ten years ago. Go to all the dealers, plant your tail in the drivers seat and see which one fits YOU (and your wife, of course) the best. drive them around, and try the controls, etc............. I retired from a...

installing a block heater on a BX25D for winter

Ill bet the counter person looking up the parts is about like a lot of counter people at a lot of auto parts stores. they only know what they see on the computer screen. When I called parts at Kubota to check stock, they showed that thread in model for my BX. I asked if there was an adaptor for...

    Outdoor guys

Atv's are narrower than side by sides. You need to check out some of your trail systems and see if there is a 50" maximum width limit. There are miles of trails around N Idaho, but a lot are only for narrower vehicles, that no side by side will fit on, just something to think about

installing a block heater on a BX25D for winter

I have used my heater three times now, and I get a warm/fuzzy feeling about it every time. The little tractor fires right up and idles great right off the bat. Let it snow!

I'm hoping the weather reports are near correct. looking at a few days of high 30's to low 40's for the daytime highs. My driveway is pretty much all filled in, but the new carport area is really rough with construction debris. I really want to level it and get a few inches of fresh gravel down...
