It’s easy to spend someone else’s money, but if you would use a loader and snow blower, by purchasing it all together, you will have quality fit products, that mount and dismount easily, andwork perfectly, all at 0% financing. Possibly the 3 point set up too? Ask the dealer what he recommends too.

Dual axle trailer brakes question. Do I need trailer brakes?

I agree with everything above, brakes and LED lighting. One more thing to add to the mix, not just this trailer but every towed vehicle of any kind. What kind of connection do you have between your truck and trailer? A Two ton dually, with a ten ton trailer with all axle brakes that comes...

    Pavers for shop floor (?)

I live very close to you, ( probably within 5-10 miles) and I agree, we have had no heaving YET, this year. After all this warm weather, and rain were going to get the next few days, if we get a couple days at 10, you will have some fun. The pavers are better than being on the cold frozen...

    Help pricing a 2010 BX25

Lots of extras there with your BX, the only problem is Kubota makes it so easy to purchase a New unit with Zero financing. That affects your ability to sell to a wide group of buyers. It sounds like you have a very nice, low hour machine. You need to advertise across a wide band of sales...

How long do you run a block heater?

I installed a freeze plug block heater on my BX, and after maybe 20 minutes it is very warm to the touch all over the engine block. Granted it***8217;s a tiny engine. I store it in an Unheated building, but it is out of the wind chill

New Piranha Toothbar upgrade... Seems Awesome

Anyone keep this on fulltime? I’ve had mine for 3 years, and it’s been on the whole time. You will not regret getting one

    snowblower chute

I have a similar problem with 1500’ of gravel driveway. The tolerances are too tight to put a liner in the chute. I’ll paint mine also, so it sits all shiny and clean.

How do you deal with snow?

Hahaha, that***8217;s not really snow, that***8217;s just what we call frost!

Without a doubt, I used my Grapple more than any other attachment this year.

BXpanded Quick-On Back Hoe Bucket Connector

I know with the Kubota Thumb on my backhoe, it’s a real PITA to swap out buckets or to the trencher by yourself. I am working on getting the QD and trencher bucket too.

How many ignition keys did you get with your new Kubota?

My BX came with two also, although the key pretty much never comes out, unless it’s on the trailer going somewhere, so no one can monkey with it

How do you deal with snow?

The hydro blade works great, but I just picked up a front snowblower, so I’m actually looking forward to clearing some snow

New Truck, New Tractor....What gets the Garage???

You have a tractor to help you move and lift the heavy beams, and put them in place. I’m sure I saved a couple thousand in labor on each thing I build. 4 days on the small one, 6 on the larger one, not working till I collapse, just a good day’s work.

New Truck, New Tractor....What gets the Garage???

I’m no builder either, but it’s easy to “stare and compare” go find the cover, carport, whatever you want to build, and start taking pictures. Look at the size of the beams, rafters, etc. I tend to overbuild a bit, but the supplies are way cheaper than the labor to pay Folks to build it for you...

    Ethonol free Gasoline.

Most of the Conocos around here have Super, that is Ethanol free. It’s only about 40-50 cents more than the cheap stuff.

    Landpride snow blower shear pins?

Just unbolt one, take it with you to a home supply hardware store, and have the attendant get you the same grade, size and length bolt, nut, washers. Measure the location and depth of the “Shear grooves” and turn them down on a lathe ( or have a buddy do it for you) that way you will have a bag...

New Truck, New Tractor....What gets the Garage???

You can build a free standing carport/ covered lean too for not much more than a cheap tent type cover that might blow away or collapse under snow. 24x16-$1,200. Or 24x12-$1,000 If you can build off of your existing garage, it would even be cheaper, as you have a solid building along the...

    Towing question

If you use a weight distribution hitch set up, with at least a 1” shank ball, you will be able to utilize the full towing potential of your small truck, a crappy HF ball and hitch, you will be illegally overloaded. Something to keep in mind. The driver (You) is responsible for you load.

New Truck, New Tractor....What gets the Garage???

If you can’t do another garage or shop, Throw up a lean too or extend the roofline of the garage out and make a carport! That can be done quick and cheap. Money spent will definitely add to the value of the truck over leaving it outside in the weather
