Attachment for trail in the woods

I use my land plane ( home made) on all my trails thru the forest, it is perfect for removing quad tracks and ruts. I have about 5 acres of just walking, riding trails thru extremely thick cover. Just drop it and drive. Extremely easy

Need pictures of FEL mounts on BX2360

Are you looking at where the loader arms attach to the frame of the tractor? ( the loader with complete arm assembly) or where the bucket attaches to the loader arms, as in you found a loader bucket. It should have reference to a part number that you can cross reference to see if it is a...

    Buying Trailer Ramps

I have a similar trailer with 5 lug pattern. I picked up a set of 16” wheels with 225/75/16’s load range E and it’s great for hauling lumber ( and a small Kubota)

    Quick hitch size

The HF hitch ($79.99 with coupon) works great, I did extend the top hook 1 1/2” to help clear a couple implements that I borrow from my neighbor. He has a couple I don’t, and I have a few he doesn’t, so we use each other’s to save $$. He also has the HF quick hitch

    Buying Trailer Ramps

If you must tow with this trailer, invest in a load stabilization system ( EZ lift) which will actually give you that 7K tow rating. Get a 1 1/4 inch shank tow ball, and load range E tires. It will feel twice as good as it is now. ( it will really be twice as good as what you have now)

    Buying Trailer Ramps

Is there a local welding or fabrication shop nearby? ( or do you have a welder?) a couple sticks of 2” angle iron, it would be real easy to make a couple ramps that would be more than heavy enough. By the looks of your trailer, it had a built in drop down ramp. That’s what the pieces of tubing...

    Assault Weapons Ban of 2019

Aw come on, everyone knows that gun laws and drug laws work! That’s why there’s no drug violence in Chicago, Detroit, Oakland etc. they have severely restrictive laws, and are a few of the most violent cities in the nation.

    Rural King / TYM Tractors

I have two friends that have both bought new TYM Tractor’s. One with loader, backhoe setup and a 3 point generator set up, the other tractor has just a loader. As they both want to add attachments and tools for their tractors, this is where the issues begin. After seeing my front snowblower ( on...

    Rust Converter

Rusteolum also makes a rusty metal etching primer in quart cans. You can brush on or spray on. It chemically attacks the rust and turns it in to a paintable surface. Just get a rust converter not just a sealer, there are many products on the market for this

    Need Hitch and Implement advice

You don’t want one that is so big and heavy, that it stops your tractor. I fabricated a 72” wide plane, ( I have a BX25D, borrowed NIW’s plane and built a similar version) but it’s not overly heavy. If I am planing a “fresh” area, I can take shallower cuts, and while maintaining my gravel...

    Need Hitch and Implement advice

A land plane is a great tool. You may not use it much, because it is SO efficient. It works so well, you don’t have to keep going over the same area

bx2750 Snow Blower Modified for Rear Use?

After using a front mount snowblower, I wonder why you would want a 3 point set up! Keep the front and get a rear blade

    BX25 price

The condition sounds great, that matters a lot. Do they have any maintenance records? The price sounds very good for as stated condition. One more thing to consider is do you have the cash to purchase it outright or are you going to finance it. A new unit at zero financing is often times better...

BX attachment value? feelers on buyers

There’s always interest in used implements, in good or even poor condition. Anything priced correctly will sell quickly. If it languishes on the for sale list, it may be priced high. I had to purchase many of the items you are selling New, as there was none available on the used market...

    The Shop

I’ve got just about everything done on my list to get built, cleared, etc. just one more load of 2x6’s and Tin, and a day to build it. Way ahead of the game this year. Even finished all the wood cutting and stacking, and the back porch and wood shed are both stuffed to the rafters.

    Early Fall project

Found a place that does major highway projects, so when they replace the metal and wood K rails, they give the used parts away for free. 8”x8”x6’ long) This is my second load of Ties, and they stack so well when making shooting backstops. I cleared a road thru a thin spot in the forest, looking...
