Woodland Mills Stump Grinder Replacement Teeth

It's just the wrong thread pitch, likely the difference between standard and metric. If you had a thread gauge you could easily figure out the difference. Additionally the locking part of the nut will only damage the upper threads of the bolt, where the crimp in the lock nut comes in contact...

Hydraulic Requirements for Sabre Samurai mower

It only needs 3gpm so that should be in your tractors pumps wheelhouse. I'd rather have a motor control valve myself, but bungee cording the lever back is an option. I wouldn't use a log splitter pump, they are typically 2 stage and kick Into low flow high pressure around 700psi. Not ldeal for...

    How hot is too hot?

Right after I bought my expedition I blew a heater hose on the interstate. Before I could get over and into a pull off, it started missing like crazy. Water temp gauge was OK, but had a red idiot light on the dash. Thought for sure I blew a head gasket. Turns out it turned my v8 into a 4...

    Beautifully done.

Widening a too narrow 3 point implement

No idea if it's made like this, but in general this seems to be the set up on a lot of them. The links just mount to 2 plates that stick out. I would wonder of you could take them off and flip them around, as most of them claim to be cat 1 and 2 compatable. Looks like it would widen them a few...

    Welding on loader

This takes me back to a link belt 75 ton crane I got called out to work on. Was up in white deer, PA. Customer called said machine would run, sometimes, then it would randomly shut off, no throttle control, ect. Very odd for the make of engine, and having relatively low hours on it. (Engine was...

LA534 FEL grease point fail/o ring missing

Paper towel makes the least amount of transferring grease where you don't want it. Pressure washer makes it fly all over. Carb/brake clean want to strip the paint off a lot of times. Really you should be wiping the grease off the fitting and any excess that come out every time you grease...

    Kubota B2650 - Loader Questions

This is the reason I ended up building my own loader. Cheap to get a bare tractor, the old la302 (in my case) is basically unobtainable. Shipping costs are prohibitive, and the cost of a used loader is ridiculous. Best of luck.

    Fuel prices

Last fill up was $4.35 gallon of gas. I've been driving the escape since the title and tags showed up. Gets little over twice the milage the expedition or the truck does.

Looking to sell, bought this for old tractor, now no longer needed.

There are quite a few swivel and swing attachments for back hoes and Trac hoes. From what I understand they are quite popular over seas and not so much here state side. I can't remember the name of it, but our 310sj with the total Control package had a attachment on the hoe that would allow you...

Has anyone filled their tires with fluid and regretted it?

I was fortunate with having a rim guard dealer within 45 minuet drive.

2018 Kubota L3560 800 hrs, water in fuel $10,000 to repair

Yeah on my cummins I ditched the factory filter set up in favor of a better fleetguard set up, from there it goes to the air dog. Change filters once a year and good as gold.

2018 Kubota L3560 800 hrs, water in fuel $10,000 to repair

Common rail is arguably the best injection system since the manual pump went the way of the dodo bird. Excellent atomization of the fuel for a better flame front, multiple injection events per power stroke, very precise timing control. It's even a very simple system, a high pressure pump, some...

    Corrosion question

Since we're reviving a dead thread. 2005 B7510 lived it's life outdoors until I got it. Rust was pretty minimal considering I live in PA. Just a few spots on the fenders, and a spot where the hood latch had worn down through the paint. Paint is over all faded pretty good, but still in good shape...

    L2501 Modifications

Sorry if I came across poorly. I wasn't being specific to your set up, but trying to expand on sensor placement and the difference between ok for a short time and sustained egt's.

Has anyone filled their tires with fluid and regretted it?

Yeah it's just putting force on the tire from how I understand it.

I'm just assuming, but it looks pretty old and unused so who knows.
