    Low oil pressure shutdown?

Thanks for the responses. I honestly didn’t know what the symbols was. I had to go look it up. I’m most surprised that Kubota engines don’t have a low oil or oil pressure automatic shutdown? How is that possible?

    Low oil pressure shutdown?

I have L4701 that had a new engine put in last year under warranty. I was clearing some brush this weekend and without realizing it a branch knocked the oil filter loose. I look down and see the low oil pressure light on. I drive it 100 yards to trailer. Put 4 quarts in and take to dealer...

    L4701 only clicks

Ok got tractor working. Y’all will laugh but the wire going to the starter had come off and I hadn’t seen it. Plugged it in started right up. So learned where starter is now! Y’all were very helpful love this forum.

    L4701 only clicks

Thanks for help guys, I don't think it is a battery issue. It hasn't shown any signs of being weak, lights work, etc. It is a HST. I don't know how to jump it between starter and battery. The way it sits in the tractor doesn't seem near what I think is the starter. Anyone have a diagram of where...

    L4701 only clicks

Pto is definitely not engaged. It’s in neutral, brake is on, hydrostatic is in neutral. So if was safety thing it wouldn’t click? Lights all come on including headlight, hooked up to jumper cables with truck same thing I don’t think battery. Maybe relay somewhere?

    L4701 vs MX6000 or similar

I basically like the 4701 I just wish the tractor was a little heavier and had more power in the loader. I don’t need PTO hp as I won’t use it for much planting or shredding the cows take care of most of the grass. Also don’t want a cab because woods are fairly thick. Love the hydrostatic ease...

    L4701 vs MX6000 or similar

Have an L4701 and love it. I just put in a 3rd function with a 54 inch grapple that can go up to a 70HP. I have been thinking of moving up to something with a stronger loader and a little bit heavier. The 4701 is a 2020 and just got a new engine put in by Kabota, it still has a powertrain...

    Tipping over

Being a used tractor I don’t have a way to fold the rops up or down. The o Lu thing that came with it was a bolt and cotter pin, actually it’s a double bolt with cotter pins. Do they have a bolt or pin or something where you can easily fold the rops up and down instead of screwing it in and out?

Thanks guy definitely going to slow down I put a 6 foot disk on today and it was much more stable. Going to see about moving tires out as well. But disk made a huge difference today. I appreciate all the feedback y’all.

Would a disk on back not act as ballast?
