    Fuel additive use or not

Any recommendations for a biocide, and can you use both a biocide and an additive? I see the white power service additive seems to be popular on here and other sites, so ill probably get some of that. (https://powerservice.com/psp_product/diesel-fuel-supplement-cetane-boost/) Its funny I...

What nobody mentions about a BX

That tractor will end up having 10 hours after a few years at most, everytime you start it up, you get hungry and go eat!

I never even thought about it to be honest, but that is a good idea. I am not sure if I trust my fab skills enough, especially not having a welder, and would have to purchase some steel.

While I was testing out my DIY ballast barrel yesterday evening, I had a bit of an incident related to me not putting the washerss from pats QH on correctly. I was in High gear (Way to fast on my bumpy gravel/dirt driveway, I now know) and the the pins actually popped off one side of the barrel...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Tested out my DIY ballast barrel, sitting around at least 700lbs. Hasnt moved since 5 days ago when I poured it. Went and hooked it up and lifted, made an initial cracking noise, but I found out that was concrete that leaked out of bucket and got beneath it. Drove around the yard and up and...

What nobody mentions about a BX

One thing I noticed about my l2501, besides the smoke on start up, is it is loud. I always wear hearing protection while using any sort of equipment but still, the exaust puts out quite the racket. Does the DPF in your l3310 act as an extra muffler?

Has anyone filled their tires with fluid and regretted it?

I'm not sure if you have dirt/gravel driveways, but do you find that the loaded r1's rip them up? Im not ruling out loading them in the future, but thats one of main concerns besides sinking in mud. Also anyone loaded theirs with windshield washer fluid, I heard that is an option too, I'm not...

Has anyone filled their tires with fluid and regretted it?

I was in the same boat as you and was looking into loading my tires, but with all the mud I have in the woods where I am working, and after talking to some people that own tractors near me, I dont think its a good idea, plus its just gonna rip up my driveway more than it already does with ag...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Installed my pats QH yesterday. Wasnt to bad but those pins are a huge pain. My right side seems to angle a bit more than left so I’m gonna fix that tomorrow. I’ve used it for a couple hours and it doesn’t seem to affect anything. It was great not having to fight with the box blade, get the jack...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Neighbor helped me out and welded on some hooks on the bucket. I gave welding a try, a good way of summarizing it is that I have a lot of room for improvement :p. Also helped me out welding up the draw bar and steel for the inside frame of a ballast barrel, just need to paint and fill with...

    Box blade advice

Im new to anything tractor related compared to most on here (3 Weeks) but the first thing I did when I recieved the tractor was scrape and scar my driveway to bring up old gravel. It took a while to get the hang of it, but the first thing I did was put it in float with the scarifies up and go...

Question about first greasing for loader

Not sure how true it is, but the research led me down to a lot of industrial websites/vendors, and I guess depending on what grease you "mix" it can harden possibly

Question about first greasing for loader

Thats a good idea, never thought of it, but definitely is cheap protection. Im sure I can figure a way to mount to the rops.
