Kubota B7100HST-D Top link attachment piece MISSING? bolts ..

I pulled the bolt in question to measure. Dia as Dan said, 12mm Length from shoulder of head to threaded end is 35 to 36 MM I do not have a metric thread pitch gauge and if I am measuring correctly from thread to thread I come up 2 mm.

Kubota B7100HST-D Top link attachment piece MISSING? bolts ..

I would respectfully disagree. The manual clearly shows and states where to hook the lock chain to. Did you look at the picture from the manual? I know the notch just above the pto and that may be used for a chain in some manor also. It is "almost sideways" from the anchor point of the chain...

Kubota B7100HST-D Top link attachment piece MISSING? bolts ..

I don't know, looking at the boss that those bolts are threaded into do not look much longer in total than a inch? The engineer guys should tell us , would most of the force on those bolts be shearing force and not clamping force? In other words , what would be gained by using a deeper hole...

Here is a picture of the OEM "safety" chain, maybe Kubota calls it a "check" chain? I was also looking at your pictures. On one side , underneath the bracket with the missing bolt it almost appears as if there is a thick large washer or spacer? I just looked at my B7100 and mine does not...

Kubota B7100HST-D Top link attachment piece MISSING? bolts ..

Terry, I did not pull one out , I can if no one else responds with length etc. It does measure 17mm across the flats , cadium plated with a large "7" on the head. Also has a cad plated lock washer. Maybe those more familiar with metric sizing can shed some light on dia and thread pitch. My 6...

    Will it fit

I always figured XB was a way to capitalize on Kubota’s very popular BX line without getting in possible trademark issues. They also paint their XB line a very similar orange color as a well known brand of tractor😉 while the bulk of their other implements are yellow

    Will it fit

XP is King Kutters line of equipment designed for limited Cat 1 three point hitches. Nothing to do with gear drive or extra beefy. Notice the "sub compact" sticker on the back of the tiller. The lower lift arm aka lower link pins have a slightly less wide spacing. There maybe other dimensional...

    MX6000 Grill Guard Question

My disclaimer, lol, this link and the screen shot is from the Kubota website but always check for proper application. I used MX6000 HST four wheel drive, open station Rops. a00700-front-guard-mx2268a

    MX6000 Grill Guard Question

This picture might change your mind? Looks to be a crated LA1065 loader, you can see the grill guard at the very front of the crate, along with the frame mounts and SSQA. You have some nice machinery !

    MX6000 Grill Guard Question

For fun I went to the Kubota build my Kubota and priced the loader, the rops, loader valve, the 72 inch heavy duty bucket and finally the cutting edge and came up with $8084. I did not see any option to add a grill guard separately but the build my Kubota site has always seemed less than a...

    MX6000 Grill Guard Question

I read his post as saying he "has a backhoe" meaning he has a separate machine with hoe and also does not need a FEL. with this Kubota. Removed to save the 8K up-charge. I would further guess the dealer removed the guard when they removed the FEL that was on this machine. I again assuming...

    L1500 project

Welcome! It appears you live in Sweden from your profile? I did a quick internet search and there are plenty of pictures of L1500's with loader and hydraulic front attachments. You might be able to glean some information from those pictures as to the different makes of loader, not sure if I...

Fixing hole in side of block

I would not bet the farm on that one. The 1.5 gallons of oil do not run in coolant passages surrounding the cylinder liners and head wicking away combustion heat. JMHO. In any case I would not run the engine for more than a minute without coolant, I am too lazy and too cheap to replace a...

Question on transfering warranty on 2022 BX1880

I am going to look at a BX1880 purchased new in 2022 ,36 hours, loader, no MMM with a friend who asked that I come along and help check it out. If she buys the tractor, from a private party, does she have to do anything in writing etc to transfer the remaining warranty to her name as far as...

    What's cookin' boys?

I am not great in the kitchen and these are the only fruit I have made into jam. The prep work is the pits! Pun intended. A slimy mess cutting/removing the pits. These plums are much smaller than domesticated grocery store plums and take a lot of them to make a decent batch.

    What's cookin' boys?

Depending on my wild plum crop I like to make a batch of wild plum jam. I like tart/sweet taste and this jam fits the bill! Goes great on English muffins. I have a few wild plum (Prunus Americana) trees on my land which are a native species. This year had a good crop of plums and canning...
