Thanks everyone for you're input... As it turns out the ignition relay under the dash was bad... Power in.... But not going out....

Already checked the fuses..... Have tried pushing HST pedal in and out multiple times... Gas gauge rises when key is turned on... Lights, blinkers etc all work... I'm not sure what this kill cable you speak of is.... In 12 years of running this tractor I've never had to deal with one of those..

The tractor does not turn over with the different sensors and switches bypassed... Only when jumped between celanoid and starter... But even then won't start... No smoke... And glow does occur for start... New battery...
