    Sprayer Pattern

I run water through my sprayer after each use to ensure that there is no residue to accumulate in the sprayer heads. I also fill with water partially and spray to ensure that the nozzles are still clear before adding whichever pesticide, fertilizer, or weed killer I am spraying.

BXpanded Armor Plate Install Update for newer 2380’s

Unless I am mistaken, it looks to like you will have to remove the BXpanded plate to change the fuel filter. Otherwise, that plate looks like very good protection for the HST fan.

    3-point hitch basics

I see a lot of varying opinions, probably based on experience of those offering their opinion. I expressed my opinion based on my experience, my tractor, and the equipment that I use. Take it for what it is worth to you. I have long ago found that using my Harbor Freight Quick Hitch eliminates...

    3-point hitch basics

You do not want to over-tighten but I do not see any advantage to allowing an implement to sway. You want the implement to be in complete control and the only way to accomplish that is to snug up the adjustment.

    3-point hitch basics

When you attach an implement to the 3-point you will tighten up the lower link arms to prevent the implement from swaying side to side while in use.

    Diesel can fit

I saw some 55 gallon drum dollies at Harbor Freight sometime ago. I don't know if they still sell them because I haven't been there in several years but it's worth checking into.

The pallet Forks can only go in one orientation. Pallet forks will not work coming from the side of the tank.

    Diesel can fit

I can only get pallet Forks under it in the orientation that I have it in right now. The accessories such as the hose, the fittings in the filling nozzle are all top notch. I was actually kind of surprised at the Quality of those materials. I expected a little lesser quality but I was not...

    Diesel can fit

This is the best I can do for a photo of my setup right now. I have a 40 gallon diesel transfer tank secured to the floor of the bed, up against the bulkhead. Then I have the 58 gallon tank also secured to the bulkhead with ratchet straps. All of that sitting on top of a full size rubber truck...

    Diesel can fit

That storage system that the tank is resting on appears to be plastic. The tank will be prone to sliding around on that surface. You may want to get a rubber mat to place the tank on. That will keep it from sliding around while driving. That and a strap around the tank securing it to the...

    BX1850 or BX2660 for 5 acres

650 hours is just broke in. I have a little more than 2000 hours on my BX1860 and it is still going strong. If maintained properly these engines will last many years/hours of use. As for tire, you can change out the ag tires for turf tires if that is what you want to do. Buy the tires from the...

    BX1850 or BX2660 for 5 acres

You are going to find that an FEL will be indispensable once you have it and use it. There is another thing that you may not know about the BX1850. The plastic fenders are prone to breaking and new fenders are very expensive, if you can get them at all. I don't think that you will be happy with...

Why won’t my BX2380 mower deck lock in top position?

If I am not mistaken, the adjusting bolt should be tightened, not removed, to allow the mower deck to raise enough to lock in the top position. That is the way mine worked. My tractor is a BX1860 but I think that it is the same for all BX models. I may be wrong but what have you got to lose by...

What is the model number of that tank? If you have a link to it that would be great.

    Diesel can fit

How much fuel you can get in the tank depends on how level the truck is. The first fill for me took a little over 55 gals. The most I ever got into it was roughly 57 gals, barely. That is close enough for me. I think that you can reasonably expect to fit 55+ gals at least.

    Diesel can fit

Once you get that new tank you will really appreciate it. I keep mine in the bed of my pickup truck and refuel the tractor and the pickup from there. I bought mine last May because I had two trips planned back east and the fuel cost savings from both of those trips paid for the cost of the fuel...

    Diesel can fit

I think that 40 GPM is a misprint. 10 GPM is more like what I have experienced. I think that should read 40 Liters Per Minute, which is 10 GPM.

    Diesel can fit

I bought one of these. It holds 58 gallons of fuel and can be loaded/unloaded from my truck bed using pallet forks. This is the best purchase I have made for fuel handling, hands down! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BM3HPRT2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
