    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

There you go! Your battery is low, so time to put a charger on it while figuring out the rest of the issues. We now know that your ignition switch is good. The green wire leaves the ignition switch and goes through two safety switches, according to the wiring diagram you posted on the first...

    high pitched noise under seat

Can you video the noise and upload to YouTube? Likely the hydraulic pump and if low enough to suck some air in, might take a while before all of the air is purged.

Glad to hear it is going again. Plenty of YouTube videos showing the removal and install of the mower deck.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

That green wire at the ignition switch plug is your start wire. Make sure it is full seated into the plug. Check that wire for 12 volts when the key is turned to start.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

I'd really like to know where this white wire connects. I'll have you try something after you've confirmed where the green wire is on the plug coming off of the ignition switch.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

It is hard to tell, but it looks like the Black wire with a white stripe is across the plug from the green wire. Is that correct? Don't change anything on the relay wiring yet.

    M9540 ac questions

Pressures look good to me considering outside temps. A low side switch would normally kick the compressor off after it gets down to 30-32 psi. Since most tractors have an expansion block instead of an orifice tube, it might not ever get that low.

Not the connector, but the black ribbed plastic piece that goes around the battery wire going to the starter.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

If you can't get a clear picture of those wires, see if you can tell what colors they are. According to the wiring diagram you posted, you should have a: Red Red w/ White Stripe Black w/ Red Stripe Black w/ White Stripe

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

If I were Kubota, I would have ran the "start" wire along with the main cable. Can you pull back the plastic split loom and see if there is a wire hiden in there?

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

Do these wires and plugs go to your ignition switch? If so, can you clean them up and take a better picture showing all of the colors on both sides of the plug?

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

We'll get it figured out some way or another. You've got the relay hooked up correctly, now you just need to find the key/start wire. I'll look over the pictures you posted and try to help in a bit.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

Now you need to find which wire is supposed to be coming from the ignition switch to supply 12 volts to your red wire! Does that black wire you unplugged lead back to the ignition switch? Does it have any voltage when the key is in the crank position? Did someone add a push button start...

    Problem keeping BX2380 running

I would bleed the air out. No harm other than a little bit of spillage.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

Assuming this is how you have it wired still, move the yellow wire to the starter where you have the black plugged into. Disconnect and touch the red wire to the starter's battery terminal. Does it crank over?

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

For some reason it wasn't showing up for me at first, but is now. If you still can't see it, the last picture that I posted that has the two green lines, and asking if you connect those two.... It is the wire on the bottom left of the picture, behind the yellow and behind the frame.

    2001 BX2200 won't turn over... relay (re-)wiring question

I went back to the first page and looked at your picture and it looks like the white wire is going up and behind the starter. I originally thought that was going to the starter. But, now that you have that black wire hooked up, I can see that there is a terminal on the starter, next to the...
