    Implements for Road Repair/Maintainance L235

I think what you will find is that the LPGS that have the scarifiers are lighter in weight. The people that are happy with their LPGS that do not have scarifiers either have heavy units and do not need the teeth or their ground does not get rock hard. I have 2 different units, a 5 footer that...

    Implements for Road Repair/Maintainance L235

(LPGS) land plane grading scraper, hands down the best implement to maintain a natural material drive.

    New BX25 owner: Grapple available?

Keep in mind that your typical 3rd function valve is either open or closed, there is no feathering of the valve. Allowances need to be made for different types of operation.

    New BX25 owner: Grapple available?

Yes there are 3rd party alternatives, not sure that isn't what he has. $600 sounds like a VERY GOOD price to me. Yep, that's all, just a couple of plumbing fitting, some hoses, a bulkhead bracket, (if supplied) valve, quick connect couplers, a switch that can run from $40-$200 depending on what...

    Factory Kubota 3rd function valve

I don't know if you are just looking for an OEM system, or an OEM 3rd function specifically for your MX5100. I don't think that an OEM 3rd function exists for your MX5100. Might be why you are having a problem finding one. Nothing wrong with the after market systems, some people...

    Another dumb question?

Actually you will find that they come apart fairly easy if you first push in and then pull out. All in one quick motion. Those type of couplers are designed so that if you forget to unplug the hoses from an implement and you drive away, they will uncouple on their own and no damage is done...

    M6060 front wheel weights

Does the manual say anything about adding wheel weights to the front? The tires have plenty of cushion with fluid in the tires, I doubt that is the reason.

    M6060 front wheel weights

Why?? If you feel that you need more weight for traction, just put some liquid in them. A lot cheaper than cast iron.;)

    FEL on compact

Yep, that must be why Kubota is the #1 selling tractor in America, all the problems that they have. I think someone who doesn't sell Kubota was trying to make a sale. ;)

    post hole digger storage

 Simple and clean. There have been several people that took this idea and put it on a rolling cart and keep everything inside. If I kept everything inside, I would need a 10,000 foot shop, at least. Simply can't afford it. :(

Sounds good. Are you going to be drilling on slopes of any kind? I ask because if you are, a tilt cylinder for the hitch takes care of fooling with getting the auger plumb. ;)

    M7060 Thoughts?

I just have to say this. As long as you have room to turn the tractor around, you can't have to much tractor. ;)

    post hole digger storage

Scroll down to page 26. That is the LP stand. Sort of costly as I remember and when you see it in person, sort of cheaply built in my opinion. Yes, without some sort of stand or other way of holding the PHD, they would be a real pain to be putting on & off. There is a guy on another forum that...

    post hole digger storage

Yes, the top beam just slides out. Hitch up, raise the hitch, pull the top beam out, drive away. Just the opposite to remove. This system works very well, there is no fighting the implement to get it attached and ready for use. ;)

This has worked very well for me for the let 10 years. Cost about $20 for the 4x4s and the 2 metal brackets to set the cross beam in. Takes about 5-6 minutes to get on & off.

    Land Pride PD10 auger

6'? That must be one heck of a PHD. Even with a 14" extension I can only just go down 62" and I have the largest Land Pride PHD that they have. ;)

    Land Pride PD10 auger

Mine was $500 even at our local JD dealer. BUT that was 7 years ago. I think that I had read somewhere last year that someone paid about $600 for there's. As bad as that is, when it makes drilling as easy as it does, worth every cent IMO. You will need to find a return to tank place on your...

    Land Pride PD10 auger

I am a weekend user, so when I need to get something done, it needs to be now, not over a few days. I have a Land Pride PD35. Some of our ground can be so hard that it would literally take days to get a hole drilled, drill, let water soak in, drill, let water soak in. I ended up purchasing the...
