Re: "WANTED" used BX 2763A snow blade I do..... it is located in Northeast corner of CT on the MA line. When would you like to come to see it?

    BX2750D outer edges/cutting edge bent

snow blowers take a beating from some operators that abuse them by running into things like walls, etc.. You can gently reshape the sides with a 3 or 4 pound dead blow plastic faced hammer, while someone else firmly holds a block of wood at the curve or crease.. I myself have bent the edges, by...

    Hydraulic valve

Is this a momentary switched valve... also, any suggestions on how to add a momentary push button control to my loader joy stick? Thanks Dusty..

BX2711 quick hitch and PTO shaft

It will also fit a BX22 & BX23... I know, because I have one from each of these tractors, and they are identical.

    Bx wheel weights

I use Chevrolet orange engine paint, since it matches the Kubota orange perfectly, and I also have a 1962 Chevrolet, and always have the paint in the garage for touch up on my engine. Your weights look great, and when I fist posted, I wasn't even thinking about the Bolens weights. I recently...

WTB: Front Blade B2765A with B2791 Quick Hitch

I have seen a number of them on Craigslist, and as long as you have patience, you will find one within your geographical location. I have one for sale in Northeast CT, and have seen at least 3 or 4 others since I posted mine. Prices are all over the lot, and the only thing that I can say is...

Hydraulic Chute Deflection on Front Mount Snowblower

I would suggest that you don't paint the shaft, but coat it with grease, since the grease will help prevent the rust, but even if it does rust, it will be easier to remove the rust when you have to service the bearings, than it will be to remove the paint. The shaft has tight clearances to the...

    Hydraulic valve

I have both hydraulic turning and chute deflection on my front mounted Kubota snow blower, and the turning function is controlled by the loader joy stick. I had a separate valve for operating the deflector, however, that valve somehow got misplaced. I would like to use just the loaders dump...

Hydraulic Chute Deflection on Front Mount Snowblower

If there are any nut and bolt assemblies, put them together with anti-seize, so if you have to take it apart in a few years, it will come apart easily. Also, check the Alan head lock screws on all of the driveline bearings, and don't forget to grease the chain and the auger shafts. Buy a bunch...

Hydraulic Chute Deflection on Front Mount Snowblower

I'd say buy it now, because you will regret not having it later. I built mine about 15 years ago, and if I could have purchased one, I would have done it in a heartbeat! Back then, everything was manual, and you got off the tractor to do the change when it was required.

    replacing snowblower auger

The easiest way is to work from the rear of the blower to the front. I have taken mine apart a couple of times, and I am familiar with bolt #7. If it has corroded, then once you have the entire unit apart, you can set the shaft on an anvil, and drive the bolt out. Unless the shaft is...

    Wheel Weight Question

I have a BX22 with loaded tires in the rear. I also have wheel weight from an older tractor that will bolt onto the Kubota wheels. Is it acceptable to use these weights in both front and rear for additional stability? thanks

    3 Point Hitch Problem on a BX22

Just wanted to post a follow up to the repair now that I have it back in my possession. In the end, they charged me just a hair over $400, and I was OK with that, knowing that their hourly rate was off the charts, although I never did ask exactly how much per hour they charge. The one thing...

Kubota clicks, but does not turn over

Here is a link to the video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gvntrrgCpg It is a BX25, and my guess is that either the 3 point hitch lever or the speed control isn't in neutral. The dash goes blank when he turns the key, which is the same thing that my tractor does, when I forget and some...

    BX23 quick disconnect leaks..

Your Boxer will do well if you feed him well. My Weimaraners passed at 15 & 16, and my mini dachshund is 19 3/4, but is starting to slow down. I just hope that we can hold onto her till winter.

    Kubota filters...

The 3.3 quarts is for our neighbors to the North.. They are/were called GIQ's, back when I was in college, buying and drinking beer. GIQ= Giant Imperial Quarts. :D

BX22 won't stay running in "RUN" position

No seat switch on the BX22. That was a later change on the BX series of tractors.

    BX22 blowing hydraulic filter

My guess is that you didn't get the check valve back in properly, and that it built up a pressure that was higher than the oil filter could handle. Either that, or you just got a defective oil filter. Pressure relief valves can be a major problem if you don't get them back in properly.
