    3rd Function valve blowing fuse

So will proper troubleshooting technics and a ohm meter. If the trouble is blowing a 20 and 30 amp fuses as stated in the OP, then a circuit breaker will not help find it IMHO.

    3rd Function valve blowing fuse

So this is the replacement grip with a 3 position rocker switch on it? Or a single momentary pushbutton? You said it's a "3rd function valve" but it only has two wires?, that would be more typical of a diverter setup that diverts the dump/curl circuit to your grapple. True 3rd function valves...

Anybody else have issues with the forum service?

F5 just refreshes the page, it does not clear the cookies or cache Mark. What browser are you using? You can google for info on how to clear them.

    3rd Function valve blowing fuse

What switch are you using, and where/how is it mounted? Fuses blow because of excessive current draw, and the solenoid should be drawing about 5 amps or so.

    Weak backhoe hydraulic cylinder

It could be the piston seal is torn and the fluid is bypassing. Do you have a IR temperature gun? If so try using the hoe for a while and see if temp on the cylinder is higher than everything else. The bypassing fluid will create a lot of heat.

Land Pride 3rd Function Valve Adjustments

Rob, maybe it's time to find a new dealer, or learn to do the wrenching yourself. Spending hard earned money to only get frustrated is not good for your health... I wouldn't give them a third chance to screw up and make me even more

Land Pride 3rd Function Valve Adjustments

I've already figured it out...its plumbed incorrectly. You cannot have the Tee's on the PB lines, the new valve MUST be plumbed in series on that PB line, and now it's in parallel. It just ain't gonna work properly that way. Your 3PH and rear remote will not operate correctly now either as...

Land Pride 3rd Function Valve Adjustments

Sounds to me like they Tee'd in the new solenoid valve and not put it in series like its supposed to be. Can you get some pics of the plumbing? Either way it needs to be returned for them to make it correct. Edit: I just reread your second post...they can not use Tee's on high pressure lines...

    Titan Distributors

Do a search.... They have changed their name a few timed over the years and have a few different websites. Many threads on TBN about poor fitting SSQA implements and they want the customer to weld in (or have welded) shims to fix them. Some rave about them because of the price-so you have to...

    3rd function installed, now questions

Keyed power as you call it is better IMHO, but the reality is since it's a momentary switch it doesn't really matter. Having it powered all the time will make it easier to relieve pressure in the lines without having to have the key on, so there is really no right or wrong here.

    loader won't go down

Welcome, Unplug the QD's (quick disconnects), wipe them off/out and re-seat them. 99% of the time this cures the "My FEL won't xxxx" problems. Be extra carful since it raised, I would block it up with some wood to hold it while you try what I suggested so it doesn't crash down. Here's a recent...

    Front end loader uses

The regular Bolt on Hooks should work well for you then. The small Wicked Grapple from EA has great reviews and the price is decent. They have bigger ones as well but that's not always better. The Titan brand has some mixed reviews, a lot of bad ones about the QA not fitting well and...

    Front end loader uses

Timber, are you getting a quick attach setup for you loader? Most call it a SSQA (skid steer quick attach). Ask your dealer, and get it if at all possible, it will make changing the bucket to things like forks or a grapple effortless. The forks for me are used much more than my bucket...
