    Reversing flow on bh77

If loader pb port is pressure and flow "source" then the other needs to be a return path to the hydraulic sump, no? I'm not getting it clear from your description (I own a different line/model) but can you confirm the block under footrest is return, not pressure? If both are pressure sources...

    Type of trailer?

I have never "MEASURED" the actual tongue weight of a single trailer in my 50 years of driving, and I was pulling small boat trailers driving as a 15 year old learner with dad the watchful passenger. He showed me what to look for in a properly weighted trailer tongue, and it had nothing to do...

    Type of trailer?

I always back up my tractor onto the trailer. I have several feet of room to adjust the machine forward and back on my 18' trailer, with the FEL and backhoe attached, or front snoblower with box scraper on back. That way the tongue weight can be adjusted through its range - can be over-weighted...

    Newbie Tractor Owner

Thoroughly read and understand your manual. The lube specs are clearly shown there. I use only Kubota Premium UDT (Canada version of SUDT) in the hydraulic reservoir/tranny, and the front axle. Only Kubota filters - 5 of them - hyd sump, hst, and engine oil filters, air and fuel filters. Engine...

    Air Filter Cleaning?

I got myself second air and fuel filters for my B2650 to rotate in when I service and wash the dirty ones at maintenance time. Detergent wash, rinse clear and dry the air filter and clean the fuel filter in clear kerosene as per manual. Then they dry out and wait for the next service to rotate in.

Post a picture of your Kubota Front Mount Snowblower, please.

The new bolt's threads look to be about 1/8" - 3/16" longer than the failed-to-break bolt threads, or said differently, the new bolt threads go further up the bolt, to where the shear plane is. I recall saying this way back here, it seems the fan's shear bolt plane intersected the full thickness...

LX2610 Manual Says No Tire Fluid When Operating the Loader

Tire ballast won't help with loader counterbalancing, true, but the added weight at the tires that it provides will definitely add plenty of traction. That traction would is very useful with ground engaging implements, and also for added force pushing the fel into or through the materials it's...

Locknuts OR regular nuts with lockwashers, depending on which year I stocked up at the dealer.

No locknut is just asking for trouble, imo. Why suggest that? Overtightening the shear bolt nuts to make sure the bolt remains in place can cause early bolt shearing. I ALWAYS lock washer or nylon locknut the shear bolts, and tighten snugly not too tight. Without a lock nut or washer those shear...

Yes it's really good stuff that Fluid Film, except it hates leaving the can in really cold conditions.

Tractor does not have ground clearance for the post hole digger

You may not have this on your 3-point lower links, but mine have a second hole in each that are a few inches closer to the tractor that I can pin the the lifting links to, which increases the operating up/down range quite a bit at the ends of the lift arms. Made the PD15 able to clear the...

    High gear issue

Adding to my comment about my experience with pedal resistance under high torque loads, which I see as totally normal as mine has been driving like this for over 1100 hours, I need to add that with only 20 hours on your machine I would try and avoid pushing hard the hst tranny much at all for at...

    High gear issue

My same tractor is the same. There's no way ALL the torque being asked of the HSD in H range and top rpm, at a stop or nearly so, can get applied to the drive train instantly or the wheels would need to spin. Thus the back pressure on the HST speed pedal - the resistance to flow backs up and...

Back dragging with a front snowblower ?!

I use it for small amounts on occasion but that's only being lazy because I've almost always got the boxblade on the back when snowblowing, and that's something it excels at - scooping snow from tight corners and dragging it into a pile the blower can tackle.

2017 B2782B with the left auger arm, as viewed from front as in picture, bent a bit away from the gearbox, from grabbing a wood block years ago. Couldn't straighten it without taking it apart or with my available tools so left it as is, doesn't seem to hamper it's operation at all.
